Description
This solicitation is for plumbing services, including fire sprinkler services, to be provided on a task-order as-needed basis to the Department of Accounting and General Services - Central Services Division in Hawaii. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform maintenance, repair, inspection, and emergency services at various state facilities on Oahu. Emergency services must be available 24/7/365 with a response time of two hours. The contract term is for twelve months with possible extensions, and the contractor must comply with all applicable laws and safety standards.
