Description

This solicitation is for the resurfacing and reconstruction of Kalanianaole Highway from Makai Pier to Hanauma Bay Road on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The scope includes cold planing, resurfacing, reconstruction of weakened pavement areas, widening paved shoulders, upgrading grated inlets, repairing culverts and headwalls, upgrading guardrails and end treatments, installing a new crosswalk, survey monuments, rumble strips, pavement markings, signage, and adjusting utility manholes.
