Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC is seeking external executive coaching services to support leadership development and succession planning for its organization. - Government Buyer: - Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC (tribal corporation of the Cherokee Nation) - Contact: Amanda Beller - Services Requested: - Executive coaching for approximately 18-26 leaders and high-potential employees - Coaching engagements span 6-12 months per participant, with a minimum of 12 sessions each - Coaching for senior executives, vice presidents, directors, managers, and individual contributors - Coaches must be certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and experienced with complex organizations - Providers must offer up to three coach options per participant, facilitate introductory meetings, and administer consistent assessments - Both virtual and in-person coaching options required - Monthly invoicing and activity reporting - Unique Requirements: - Coaches must have diverse backgrounds and specialties - Proposals must include company overview, coaching philosophy, model, coach qualifications, matching process, assessment approach, confidentiality, reporting, data privacy, implementation timeline, relevant experience, and pricing - TERO compliance is mandatory (0.5% fee and TERO certification for preference consideration) - Contract governed by CNB’s terms and conditions; performance monitored and reported to the Cherokee Nation

Cherokee Nation Businesses, LLC is seeking an organization to provide external coaching support for selected leaders and high potential employees to develop leadership skills and support succession planning readiness. The coaching engagements typically involve a minimum of 12 sessions, with meetings once or twice monthly, and may vary in length from six to twelve months. Coaches must be certified by the International Coaching Federation and experienced in coaching senior executives, vice presidents, directors, managers, and individual contributors.
