Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Health Shared Services (HSS) inviting qualified proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Recycling services in Calgary and surrounding areas. The contract delivery period is from July 1, 2027, to June 30, 2030. Interested bidders must submit their proposals by September 29, 2026, and direct all questions in writing to the designated AHS point of contact before September 15, 2026.
