Maurice Braswell Courthouse, 117 Dick Street, Fayetteville, NC - OEMs and Vendors: - Baltimore Aircoil Company (BAC) is the specified OEM for all major replacement components - Products/Services Requested: - Complete rebuild of two BAC cooling towers, including: - BAC Bacross PVC fill material and galvanized fill supports - BAC PVC blade style drift eliminators - Epoxy coated BAC louver support members and FRP louver blades - BAC intake screens and hardware - Hot dip galvanized BAC water diverters/baffles - BAC distribution nozzles and nozzle grommets - BAC aluminum fan shafts, bushings, bearings, sheaves, belts - Motor adjustment rods - Epoxy coated BAC longitudinal channel members - Elastomeric urethane coating for wetted casing panels - (Alternate) BAC actuator damper system replacement - Turnkey services: labor, equipment, materials, crane services, mechanical alignment, testing, balancing, start-up, and owner training - Crane lift plan development and permitting - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All major components must be new OEM BAC or equivalent - Rebuild must be completed within 60 days of commencement - 12-month warranty on all work and materials - Mandatory onsite owner training session - Strict compliance with safety, permitting, and MWBE participation requirements - Alternate bid for actuator damper system replacement - Project must be completed and turned over prior to a specified deadline

This solicitation is for a single prime cooling tower manufacturer representative rebuild contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for turnkey cooling tower rebuild services for cooling towers 1 and 2 at the Cumberland County JEMBC Courthouse located at 117 Dick Street, Fayetteville, NC. The project is managed by the County of Cumberland, North Carolina. Bids must be submitted by September 30, 2026, and electronic bids are not permitted. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 2, 2026, at the project site.
