Description

The City of Binghamton is seeking statements of qualifications from experienced environmental consulting firms to provide Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) services for the Binghamton Plaza, a New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program site. The scope includes regulatory compliance, monitoring, and reporting related to the Site Management Plan, as well as environmental oversight and reporting during demolition activities.
