The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking contractor services for well head cap replacement and vertical casing extension at two housing sites in Guilford, Connecticut. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Coast Guard, Base Boston (Regional Support Team RST-01) - Points of contact: DC1 Jeffrey Cain and Kayla J. Sullivan - Products/Services Requested: - Supply and installation of new sanitary, gasketed, locking, vented/screened, vermin-resistant well head caps (2 units) - Installation of approximately 18-inch vertical well casing/riser extension (1 unit) - Provision of all necessary installation materials and hardware (couplings, clamps, gaskets, vents, seals, fasteners, patching materials, restoration materials) - Labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, testing support, and technical expertise for removal, installation, site restoration, and closeout documentation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Compliance with potable water well standards and local codes - Minimal disruption to residents and site protection emphasized - Photo documentation and closeout reporting required - Certified weekly payrolls and insurance certificate must be submitted - Contract value is less than $25,000 - Offerors must submit a completed SF18 and detailed price breakdown - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mentioned; products must be compatible with existing well casing material and diameter

Description

Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials to remove, prepare, supply, and install new sanitary well head cap and an approximately 18-inch vertical well head extension at USCG housing unit at Guilford, CT 06437-3674. 

All work shall be accomplished according to the SOW and the applicable wage determinations as incorporated herein.
