Description
Education Service Center Region 13 (R13 or Owner) will select a construction manager-at-risk (CMAR) through a one-step Construction Manager-at-Risk procurement process pursuant to Texas Government Code Chapter 2269, Subchapter F, for the Manor Road Office Renovation Project. The project involves interior building renovations, finishes, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, parking, sidewalk, fencing, door and hardware, window, roofing, painting, and associated improvements at 6010 Manor Road, Austin, TX. The existing building is approximately 6,100 square feet on a 0.7-acre site. The estimated construction budget is approximately $2 million. The CMAR will provide preconstruction phase assistance and construction services, coordinating with the Owner and Architect to maintain the project within budget and minimize disruption to operations.
