Description

This solicitation is for workers' compensation claims third-party administration (WCTPA) services for Los Angeles County. The contractor(s) will manage all existing, reopened, and new workers' compensation claims during the contract period for designated County departments. The services are part of the Countywide safety program to ensure full provision of benefits under the law to employees injured in the course of employment.
