Description

This solicitation is for a contract to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to haul and dispose of refuse, organics (compost), and mixed recycling from various State Parks and State Beaches located in the Santa Cruz District of the Department of Parks and Recreation. The service locations include areas within Santa Cruz and San Mateo Counties, California. The contract term is from January 1, 2027 (or upon DPR approval) through December 31, 2029. Bids must be submitted electronically by October 1, 2026, and there will be no job walk or pre-bid conference for this contract.
