This Invitation to Bid (IFB) aims to establish a contractual price agreement between the Reading Municipal Light Department (RMLD) and the successful bidder for hourly rates for as needed Overhead Line Construction, Maintenance, and/or Scheduled Distribution Line Work. The work includes Storm Management Line Construction and Restoration. The contract intends to augment RMLD's staff for Distribution Line work of all types.
