Description

This procurement opportunity involves the supply of IT Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hardware items and sub-parts to serve as spare parts for various NATO Alliance Ground Surveillance (AGS) Ground Segment Systems. The goods are expected to be delivered with OEM Certificates of Conformance or equivalent traceability documentation to avoid counterfeit products. Items will be provided with necessary licenses and activation codes for registration and usage by NATO. Delivery location is Sigonella Air Base in Italy, with an estimated delivery date within 2026. The Request for Proposal (RFP) is tentatively scheduled for September 11, 2026, with publication on August 18, 2026.
