Description
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the Office of Mobility Innovation (OMI) and the Department of Transportation (DDOT) requests proposals for technical or professional services to provide a phased Accessible & Autonomous Mobility Service called Accessibili-D 2.0. This project builds upon a previous pilot and aims to implement a sustainable hybrid model combining manually operated and SAE Level 3 autonomous vehicle operations. The selected vendor will launch an interim manually operated service, transition to a hybrid manual-plus-autonomous model, and scale toward majority autonomous service over the contract term.
