Description
The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is soliciting proposals from firms to provide scientific, analytical, and technical support for the development of regulations under Health and Safety Code §104662(b). The contractor will assist in policy and scientific reviews, develop evidence evaluation methods, and model impacts of regulatory decisions related to restricted school foods and ultraprocessed foods. The contract term is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2029, with an option to amend for an additional year.
