The New York State Department of Corrections and Community Services (DOCCS) is seeking bids for on-line Partial Discharge Testing of its medium voltage primary cables, terminations, splices, and connected equipment using Doble Online PD Testing System at Bare Hill Correctional Facility. The contract term is one year, and DOCCS requires two copies of the engineered report with risk category evaluation. Bids will be submitted to the Franklin Correctional Facility Business Office, but the work will be performed at Bare Hill Correctional Facility located in Malone, NY.
