Description

Prisoners Legal Services of New York (PLS) is soliciting proposals for audit and tax preparation services covering three fiscal years beginning with the fiscal year ending September 30, 2026, through September 30, 2028. The services include conducting annual financial statement audits in accordance with U.S. generally accepted auditing standards and applicable nonprofit and grant-related audit requirements, as well as preparing federal and New York State tax returns. The contract term is three years, and the work is to be performed for PLS, a not-for-profit corporation providing civil legal services to indigent incarcerated individuals in New York State.
