Description

The Nassau County Industrial Development Agency seeks qualified title insurers, title abstract firms, and other qualified entities to conduct title searches, issue title insurance policies, and perform other title insurance-related services for proposed projects of the Agency. The services include conducting real property title searches, issuing title insurance policies through New York licensed title insurance companies, performing various public record searches, updating searches, assisting project applicants in clearing title issues, and serving as escrow agent for documents and funds. The contract term is 2 years, and the Agency intends to make awards on an as-needed basis, potentially splitting services among multiple contractors.
