Description

Buffalo Urban Development Corporation (BUDC) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide general maintenance, lawn care, landscaping, litter and bulk trash removal, and snow plowing services at Buffalo Lakeside Commerce Park, located along Ship Canal Parkway between Tifft Street and Commerce Drive in the City of Buffalo. The contract covers the period from November 1, 2026 through October 31, 2027. Services include maintenance of common areas, roadway rights-of-way, parking areas, sidewalks, lawn mowing and trimming, landscaping and weed control, litter and debris removal, removal of illegally dumped materials and tires, trash receptacle maintenance, seasonal cleanups, lawn and landscape repairs, and snow plowing and sidewalk clearing. Proposals will be evaluated on price, experience, proposal quality, equipment availability, site maintenance ability, local employment, minority and female workforce participation, and MWBE certification or participation.
