Holly Patterson Extended Care Facility, is seeking bids for a multi-year contract covering doors, hardware supplies, repairs, and installation services. - Scope includes: - Supply, installation, and repair of all types of doors (regular, automated, revolving) - Integrated access control and security door systems - Related hardware and accessories (hinges, locks, closers, thresholds, weather stripping, glazing, etc.) - OEMs highlighted: - Assa Abloy, Adams Rite, Alarm Lock, Altronix, Arrow, Best, Brady, Corbin Russwin, Dorma, Falcon Lock, Glynn-Johnson, Hager, Horton, Hudson Lock, Ives, LCN, Marks, Master Lock, Medeco, National Door Control, Norton, Olympus, Pemko, Pro-Lock, Rixson, Sargent, Schlage, Securitron, Slide-Co, Stanley, Trilogy, Von Duprin, Yale - Vendors must: - Provide materials and labor for installation and repairs - Ensure compliance with ADA, NFPA 80, OSHA, and New York State laws - Employ qualified personnel with at least five years of experience - Adhere to NHCC safety, health, and operational policies - Notable requirements: - Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) participation goal: 6% - Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) participation goal: 20% - Firm pricing for the first year, with possible annual adjustments - Work performed primarily Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM - Mandatory uniform and ID badge for vendor personnel - Strict compliance with bid submission instructions and New York State procurement regulations
