Sealed proposals are requested for Construction Professionals for the construction of Emanuel County Institute Athletic Projects. The Emanuel County Board of Education plans to select the most qualified Construction Professionals Firm to enter into a Guaranteed Maximum Price contract for the project. Proposals must be submitted by 2:00 P.M. on September 23, 2026, at the office of the Emanuel County Board of Education in Swainsboro, Georgia.
