The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers for the provision of Original Equipment Manufacturer Toner and Inkjet Cartridges on an annual contract with four options to renew for the Department of Financial Services. Suppliers must bid only OEM toner and inkjet cartridges and must be authorized resellers for the brands they bid. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis and must be filled regardless of quantity or total dollar amount. The bid opening will be virtual, and bids are due by September 14, 2026, at 2:50 P.M. local time.
