The Department of National Defence requires the production and delivery of cloth, coated nylon/polyurethane fabric weighing 235 g/m², printed in the CADPAT Multi-Terrain (MT) pattern. The scope includes production, packaging, labelling, and Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) delivery to specified locations under individual call-ups. Canada plans to issue up to two Standing Offers to establish two distinct CADPAT production sources, with an estimated requirement of approximately 150,000 linear metres over the contract period.
