The U.S. Embassy Bogota, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), is soliciting quotations for Integrated UGS Network Equipment and related services. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL), U.S. Embassy Bogota - OEM Highlight: - McQ Inc. is the primary Original Equipment Manufacturer for all requested products and services - Products Requested: - McQ Ranger Enhanced Tactical Sensor Kit (RA-K3001) – 1 unit - McQ vWatch Image Processing Node Kit with Iridium Communications (VW-K4750) – 2 units - McQ LWIR 320x240 Digital Video Camera (CAM-1653) – 1 unit - McQ High-Capacity Rechargeable Battery (AC-1992) – 1 unit - McQ OmniWatch Enhanced Tactical Software License with Tablet and Wireless Mobile Relay (OW-K6000) – 1 unit - McQ OmniWatch Enhanced Software License (OW-6300) – 1 unit - McQ Communications Base and Relay Kit (VW-K4707) – 1 unit - Services Requested: - McQ On Site Training (MCQ-9510) – 1 session (two-day training and support) - DBA Insurance: Workers Compensation Insurance (Defense Base Act) – 1 premium (to be negotiated) - Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be delivered within 30 days after receipt of order (ARO) to Bogota or Miami - One-year warranty required for all products - On-site training must include equipment setup, software installation, device linking, and operational overview - All products must meet ruggedization standards (IP67, MIL-STD-810), and be compatible with TAK/ATAK software - Insurance premium costs (DBA) are reimbursable and negotiated prior to work orders - Quantities range from 1 to 2 units per item, with detailed technical specifications provided for each product

The Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota invites you to submit a quotation for the  acquisition of INTEGRATED UGS NETWORK EQUIPMENT.

All interested sellers should submit the quotations according to the attached INL_RFQ-PR16162628 no later than September 2, 2026 at 4:00 pm via e-mail to LopezJF@state.gov and BogotaINLSolicitation@state.gov. No quotations will be accepted after this time.  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.202, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested by this notice alone, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR 12.To be considered for award, please follow the instructions included in Section 3 of the INL-RFQ Document.
