This is a notice to inform that NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk issued an award to ARMADA Ltd. on 17 August 2026 for $4,614,422.00 as a sole source action under unusual and compelling urgency via contract number N0018926PL299. This notice is not considered a Request for Quotation or Proposal. No solicitation documentation is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of quotes received in response to this notice. See attached J&A.
