Le projet consiste à réaménager une portion du 4e étage de l’Hôpital d’Alma afin d’adapter les espaces de l’unité de santé mentale aux besoins actuels de l’établissement. Les travaux comprennent la démolition sélective de cloisons, portes, plafonds, finis architecturaux et composantes électromécaniques existantes, ainsi que la construction de nouveaux espaces intérieurs. Les interventions incluent l’aménagement de nouvelles cloisons, portes et vitrages sécuritaires, la réfection des plafonds et des finis de plancher, les travaux de peinture, de céramique et de ragréage, ainsi que l’adaptation des systèmes électriques et de communication.
