The Department of National Defence (DND) requires concept development and doctrine development services to support projects for the Royal Canadian Air Force Aerospace Warfare Centre in Trenton, Ontario. This procurement is open only to Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS qualified under Tier 2 for services in the Ontario Region across various categories including Business Consulting, Engineering, Technical Writing, Needs Analysis, and Subject Matter Experts.
