Greenwich Public Schools is seeking proposals for fully managed Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) services for two district locations. - Government Buyer: - Greenwich Public Schools, Fairfield County, Connecticut - Service to Greenwich High School and District Office - Products/Services Requested: - Two DIA circuits, each with minimum 2 Gbps symmetrical bandwidth, scalable up to 10 Gbps - Static public IPv4 addresses: support for four /28 blocks, with optional pricing for additional blocks - Managed router (customer-premises equipment) lease options and associated pricing - Fully managed service including 24x7 monitoring, fault isolation, maintenance, and support for provider-owned equipment - Service Level Agreement (SLA) covering network availability, latency, packet loss, mean time to repair, and service credits - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Pricing must be provided for bandwidth tiers from 2 Gbps up to 10 Gbps - Proposals must comply with FCC E-Rate rules and Connecticut law - Contracts must allow bandwidth increases without extending term and permit early termination without penalty if a location closes - Exclusion of equipment from certain manufacturers (details in specifications) - Detailed pricing required for monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation; service providers must supply and manage all required equipment.

Greenwich Public Schools is soliciting proposals for a minimum of two fully managed Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) circuits, each providing at least 2 Gbps symmetrical bandwidth, to serve two District Network Operations Centers. The service must include static public IPv4 addresses, 24x7 monitoring, fault isolation, maintenance, and support of provider-owned equipment. Pricing is requested for bandwidth tiers from 2 Gbps up to 10 Gbps, including options for router lease and managed routers as customer-premises equipment. The service must include a Service Level Agreement covering network availability, latency, packet loss, mean time to repair, and service credits for performance failures.
