Executive Program Management Consulting Services for Airport Infrastructure Projects

Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking executive program management consulting services for major airport infrastructure projects at Harry Reid International Airport and four general aviation airports. - Government Buyer: - Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) - Offices: Diversity, Procurement & Contracts; Harry Reid International Airport - Services Requested: - Executive Program Management Consulting Services - Advise senior leadership on best practices for large-scale airport infrastructure programs - Conduct high-level needs assessments and recommend improvements - Streamline program approaches and integrate solutions into CCDOA processes - Support implementation planning (Phase 2A) and program execution (Phase 2B) - Provide project controls, program administration, stakeholder engagement, management strategy, staffing, and organizational structure guidance - Professional Services for Executive Program Management - Technical design services for demolition and replacement of deteriorated asphalt pavement with new PCC pavement at Taxiway C and D-Gates inner ramp - Produce 35%, 65%, and 100% design packages, bidding support, construction phase services, and record document preparation - Coordinate with Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), comply with FAA and airport security regulations - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Consultant must demonstrate experience with similar large-scale airport programs within the past eight years - At least one team member must attend regular monthly meetings in person - Encouragement of Small, Minority, Women, Disadvantaged, and Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises (S/M/W/DBE) participation - No FAA funds involved - All proposals must be submitted electronically via Nevada Gov eMarketplace (NGEM) - No specific OEMs or part numbers are referenced, as this is a consulting and professional services contract
