Deep Cleaning Services for YRBM-57 in support of COMPACFLT's Berthing and Messing Program.

Offerors must have a certification of Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) or Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) programs which have been validated by NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Contracting Department. Firms who do not possess an active MSRA/ABR are ineligible for award as a Prime Contractor.
