The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Colorado State Office is seeking a contractor for the WRRA HQ Well Pull and Replace project at the Wild Rivers Recreation Area in Questa, New Mexico. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office (BLM-NM Taos Field Office) - Contracting Officer: Scott Voigt - Scope of Work: - Removal and replacement of a 5 HP, 230V, 3-phase submersible deep well pump and motor (stainless steel AISI 304) - Installation of new control box with electrical float switch, galvanized downpipe (2-inch ASTM A53 Schedule 40), pitless adaptor assembly, submersible cable, and two stainless steel check valves - Functional, disinfection, and performance testing of the new well system - Inspection of well casing and screen, measurement of static water level and well depth, and drawdown test - Products/Services Requested: - Submersible deep well pump and motor (1 unit) - Control box with float switch (1 unit) - Galvanized downpipe (1 unit) - Pitless adaptor assembly (1 unit) - Submersible cable (1 unit) - Stainless steel check valves (2 units) - Well pump removal and replacement service (1 job) - Notable Requirements: - Pump must deliver 20-30 GPM at 668 TDH with at least 65% efficiency - All materials must meet specified standards (e.g., ASTM, NEC, NMAC) - Contractor must be a small business, registered in SAM.gov, and provide performance and payment bonds - On-site work and travel required - No specific OEMs or part numbers for the pump and components are mandated, allowing for equivalent commercial products meeting the technical specifications.

Description

The Bureau of Land Management, Colorado State Office requests quotation for work performed under the attached Statement of Work. The resultant order will be for a firm-fixed-price type. This RFQ is issued pursuant to the procedures of FAR Parts 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Pursuant to FAR Part 12.201-1(e)(2), this purchase order is unpriced and shall not exceed the award amount, but may be reduced based upon actual costs of work.REFERENCE PR: 0044047475Delivery is FOB Destination pursuant to FAR 52.247-34.The Contractor will be required to travel to support this requirement.Although the government does not currently anticipate a need for discussions, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if necessary.Bid Bonds do not apply to this action as it is being executed under FAR 13.Performance and Payment Bonds are required 10 calendar days following award.
