The U.S. Air Force at Tyndall Air Force Base is seeking to procure 54 commercial-grade office desks sized 48 inches by 24 inches for classroom use. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 325th Contracting Squadron, Tyndall AFB, FL - 801 Red Horse Training Squadron, Tyndall AFB, FL - Products Requested: - 54 office desks, 48 x 24 inches - Desks must feature adjustable keyboard trays (mousing surfaces movable to either side), locking casters, metal pedestals, wood veneer or high-pressure laminate work surfaces, and be compatible with routine cleaning - Lightweight and foldable training tables and chairs for easy storage (as part of classroom furniture requirements) - Delivery & Installation: - Contractor responsible for delivery, installation, and disposal of packaging - Delivery required within 25 calendar days after contract award - Notable Requirements: - Desks must be commercial-grade and suitable for classroom environments - Award will be made to the best value offeror based on price and technical approach - Acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 337214 - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mentioned; vendors must provide product specifications, certifications, and a capabilities statement

Description

The contractor shall provide 48 in x 24 in Office Desks IAW the attached Statement of Work & Solicitation FA481926Q0095 documents.

The contractor shall provide the following to include;

1. Quote IAW solicitation and supporting documents

2. Representation and and Certifications 

3. Product Specifications Sheet

4. Capabilities Statement
