This opportunity is for specialized courier services supporting pathology and laboratory medicine between VA Puget Sound American Lake Campus and VA Seattle Campus. - Government Buyer: - Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 (V4CONT), Vancouver WA - End users: VA Seattle Lab and VA American Lake Division - Services Requested: - Daily courier transportation of laboratory specimens and supplies - Two one-way trips per day, Monday-Friday (excluding federal holidays) - STAT after-hour pickups on weekends and federal holidays (24/7 as needed) - Compliance required with federal and accreditation standards for biological specimen transport - Quantities: - 336 trips per year (Monday-Friday, base and each option year) - 365 STAT pickups per year (base and each option year) - Period of Performance: - Base year plus four one-year option periods - Unique Requirements: - Delivery within 2 hours or less for routine trips - Total SDVOSB set-aside - STAT service available outside normal hours, including holidays - No specific OEMs or product part numbers are referenced; this is a service-only procurement - All requirements detailed in the attached Statement of Work
