Description

Solicitation Number: 140PS126Q0060In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and Part 36, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Enclosed in a competitive requirement set-aside for small businesses, the Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and tools necessary to replace a failing roof system over an existing ~6000 square foot building serving as a visitor center and tribal offices. The existing roofing material is a faux cedar shake composite which is failing, and fascia and cupola components are also at the end of their lifespan. This project will replace the failing roof components with a standing seam metal roof for a longer lifespan and protection from wildfire.
