Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number N0040626Q0451 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for services to perform Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) mainenance to include annual preventative maintenance per manufacturers and NFPA requirements on Eagle Air, Stallion, Bauer, and Mako brand breathing air compressors, annual flow testing, quarterly air samples and annual acalibration of Posichek units.
This acquisition is set-aside for Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The NAICS CODE is 811310 and the Small Business Size Standard is 12,500,000 dollars.

Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.

To be considered for this opportunity, all quotes shall be submitted in either Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheet or Adobe PDF. Quote must include price(s), FOB Destination, a point of contact, name and phone number, business size, and payment terms. An award will be made based on Best Value. Each quote must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and/or requirements in the SOW.
