Description

RESTRICTED COMPETITION NOTICE This RFQ is issued using the simplified procedures for commercial products and commercial services under RFO FAR Part 12. In accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(a), the Government has documented its decision to restrict competition based on market research establishing that only one responsible source is available to satisfy the requirement. Based on the documented market research, the Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to Crucial Learning for the required SDI 2.0 platform subscription, assessment credits, licensing, and associated services, provided its quotation conforms to the solicitation requirements, the price is determined fair and reasonable, and all other pre-award requirements are satisfied. Any source that believes it is currently authorized by the OEM to provide the complete SDI 2.0 requirement to Phoenix Area IHS may submit documentation demonstrating such authorization and capability by the quotation due date. The Government will evaluate any timely information received and, if warranted, reconsider the restriction to competition.
