Description

CCIIO requires the continuation of CCIIO Marketplace Operations, Communications, and Quality Assurance (MOCQA) support services.  The services included in the scope of the SOW support multiple Center for Consumer Information & Insurance Oversight (CCIIO) groups and the CCIIO Front Office with key mission critical activities. These activities include the certification of qualified health plans (QHPs) and standalone dental plans (SADPs), communication of operational information to key stakeholders, and ensuring the quality of internal and external-facing data, certification review results, reports, tools and other materials. Additionally, functions supported include the oversight and management of other Marketplace activities that impact consumers, issuers, states, and other stakeholders.
