Description

The Ministry of Justice (MJQ) intends to conclude a three-year contract to acquire licenses in the form of subscriptions for Adobe Creative Cloud version Enterprise, including various applications such as Creative Cloud All App Pro, Single App Pro, Captivate, Framemaker, Robohelp, and Acrobat Pro DC. License management must be done via a secure web portal with user ID and password. The procurement is conducted through competitive open bidding and is subject to trade agreements including WTO GPA, CFTA, and CETA. Only qualified suppliers with a presence in Quebec or applicable territories who obtained the tender documents via SEAO are eligible to participate.
