BLM Idaho Caterpillar Equipment Rental, Repair, and Maintenance BPA

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Boise District, Idaho, is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the rental, maintenance, and repair of Caterpillar heavy equipment to support district-wide road maintenance and operations. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Boise District, Idaho - OEM Highlight: - Caterpillar is the sole Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specified for all equipment and services - Products and Equipment Requested: - 175 HP All Wheel Drive Motor Grader with 12-foot blade - 140 All Wheel Drive Motorgrader with 12-foot blade - 90 HP 4-Wheel Drive Backhoe (minimum 13,500 lb. dig force, 18 ft dig depth, 12 ft load height) - 420 4WD Backhoe - 924 Wheel Loader with standard bucket - 160 HP All Wheel Drive Loader (minimum 20,000 lb. breakout force, 3.2 yd bucket) - 320 Excavator - 1,500 ft-lb TLB Rock Hammer attachment - Services Requested: - Rental of Caterpillar equipment (monthly rates, including delivery, pickup, and environmental fees) - Emergency and scheduled repair and maintenance services for Caterpillar equipment, including mobile repairs, unit testing/certification, troubleshooting, warranty repairs, and both corrective and preventative maintenance - Unique or Notable Requirements: - All equipment must be Caterpillar brand - Vendors must provide rental rates, delivery, pickup, and environmental fees - Equipment will be delivered to multiple BLM locations (e.g., Boise District Office, Bruneau and Hammett Guard Stations, Boise Wild Horse Corrals) - BLM will provide fuel for equipment - The BPA has a total order limit of $300,000 and may extend up to 5 years with annual pricing reviews
