PROJECT TITLE: REPLACE UPS AT JT MYERS LOCKS AND NEWBURGH LOCKSPROJECT LOCATION: MT VERNON, IN 47620 AND NEWBURGH, IN 47630THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL PERSONNEL, EQUIPMENT, SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS NECESSARY TO REPLACE TWO (2) UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLIES (UPS), AND TWO (2) EXTERNAL BATTERY PACKS AT THE LOCATIONS IDENTIFIED BELOW. PRICES SHOULD INCLUDE MOBILIZATION and DE-MOBILIZATION, FUEL, LABOR, MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT AND ANY APPLICABLE PERMITS. THE CONTRACTORS WORK AND RESPONSIBILITY SHALL INCLUDE ALL PLANNING, PROGRAMMING, ADMINISTRATION, MANAGEMENT, SUPERVISION, COMMUNICATIONS AND INSPECTION NECESSARY TO ASSURE THAT ALL WORK IS CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS AND ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH THE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS AND ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATED HEREIN.
