The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District, is soliciting proposals for a five-year IDIQ Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) to provide tenant alteration and HVAC services for Armed Forces Recruiting Facilities across Maryland, Delaware, District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Baltimore District (Resource Management Office) - U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Centers - Technical Point of Contact: Shante Sims - OEMs and Vendors Highlighted: - Aiphone (IXG Series, GT-2H) - Hanwha (Wisenet cameras, LED monitors, VMS/NVR systems) - Samsung (CCTV monitors) - Shaw (Carpet tiles) - Tripp Lite (Security cabinets) - NETGEAR (PoE+ switches) - Securitron (Keypads) - Sherwin Williams (Paint) - Products and Services Requested: - Tenant improvement services: wall cleaning, sanding, painting, carpet tile removal/installation, door removal/installation, electrical repairs, signage, and furniture handling - Security upgrades: installation and repair of video intercom entry control systems (Aiphone IXG Series), CCTV/NVR systems (Hanwha Wisenet, Samsung monitors), anti-pry plates, entry door chimes (EZ-Tone ADC-01), and Securitron keypads - HVAC routine maintenance and emergency repair: quarterly inspections, filter replacement, leak checks, and control calibration by certified specialists - Specialty items: disassembly/reassembly of ballistic panel workstations, sink faucet replacement, installation of monitor mounting brackets and poles - System training: minimum 1-hour on-site training for EC and CCTV systems - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Certified integrators/installers required for security systems - Compliance with 2019 N.D.A.A. prohibitions on Chinese-origin equipment - No wireless or battery-operated door chimes allowed - Specific paint colors and carpet schedules (Sherwin Williams, Shaw) - Work must be completed within 3 to 5 months post-award; HVAC maintenance is quarterly - No weekend or holiday work permitted - Licensed HVAC services and detailed project management required - Security system upgrades must allow clear communication and video between door and desk stations

The purpose of this solicitation is to perform commercial construction services in support of tenant alteration efforts and HVAC services for Armed Forces Recruiting Facilities in various locations in Maryland, Delaware, District of Columbia, Northern Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
