Procurement of Fire-Retardant Lay-Flat Bags for DLA Maritime - Pearl Harbor

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Pearl Harbor is seeking suppliers for fire-retardant lay-flat bags to support operations at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Pearl Harbor - Competitive Sourcing Division (DLA-HMD) - Products Requested: - 50 boxes of lay-flat bags - Each box contains 100 bags - Bags are made of fire-retardant polyethylene, opaque white, 36" tall x 24" wide x 6 mils thick - Each bag must be pre-printed with "Flame-Retardant" in minimum 3/8" high black letters - No gusset design - Requirements: - Certificate of Conformance (COC) and test report required for each shipment - Bags must comply with NFPA701 fire-retardant standards - Strict supply chain traceability and product verification testing - Packaging must meet specified standards - Delivery: - All 50 boxes must be delivered to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard - Delivery deadline is specified in the solicitation - OEMs: - No specific OEMs or manufacturers are named; vendors must provide manufacturer information - Evaluation: - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria - Vendor responsibility determined by PPIRS and FAR 9.104 - SBA-eligible businesses are encouraged to respond.

Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). PPIRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility.  Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104.
