THIS RFQ WILL BE EVALUATED BASED ON LOWEST PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE METHODOLOGY

Within your proposal, please include a fully executed copy of the ANL-70 Request for Quotation and the ANL-70A Reps & Certs.
