CBP is seeking a contractor to repair and enhance the HVAC and air barrier system for its 50-yard indoor firing range at the Special Operations Facility. - Scope includes: - Repair, troubleshooting, testing, and restoration of the indoor firing range HVAC ventilation system - Correction of airflow issues and compliance with environmental laws and regulations - Installation and programming of two 360 flip targets and a running man target integrated into the existing target system software and handheld device - Operational testing to ensure safe and fully functional range - All necessary equipment, materials, labor, and subcontracting must be provided - Sole-source contract intended for Savage Range Systems, Inc. - Estimated contract value: $550,759.38 - Period of performance: 120 days from award - No specific part numbers provided; targets and HVAC system are custom to the facility - Funding will use FY26 funds

Description

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Special Operations Facility (SOF) requires the repair and enhancement of the preexisting 50-yard Indoor Firing Range HVAC and Air Barrier System. The Contractor shall provide all equipment, material, labor, subcontracting to complete the Range Ventilation System Repairs. The Contractor shall be capable of addressing and interpreting all aspects of indoor firing line ventilation design, operation, repair, and associated environmental laws and regulations, install (2) two additional 360 flip target and a single carrier running man target spanning the width of the range.
