Luke Air Force Base is seeking well maintenance and rehabilitation services for a Deep Well Turbine Pump (DWTP) set. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 56th Civil Engineering Squadron, Luke Air Force Base, Arizona - Scope of Work: - Extraction, overhaul, and reinstallation of one 150 HP Deep Well Turbine Pump set at approximately 560 feet depth - Rebuild of 150 HP surface motor - Overhaul of bowl assembly to achieve 1050 GPM at 580 feet Total Dynamic Head - Rehabilitation of 18-inch wellbore, including cleaning and chemical treatment - Inspection and replacement of line shaft and column pipe - Commissioning to Department of War and Air Force standards - Heavy rigging (crane operations), engineering supervision, ultrasonic testing, vibration analysis - Deliverables: - Critical lift plans, motor overhaul reports, video surveys, pump performance tests, water quality lab results - Notable Requirements: - All labor, materials, and equipment must be furnished by the contractor - No specific OEMs or part numbers are mentioned - Funds are not currently available; solicitation may be cancelled without reimbursement - Period of Performance: - Three months duration - Firm fixed price contract - Set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 811310

Description

Luke AFB has a requirement for well maintenance at Luke AFB, AZ 

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, heavy rigging (crane operations), and engineering supervision necessary to extract, overhaul, and reinstall one (1) Deep Well Turbine Pump (DWTP) set at approximately 560 feet. The Contractor shall rebuild the 150 HP surface motor, overhaul the bowl assembly to meet the design point of 1050 GPM at 580 feet Total Dynamic Head (TDH), rehabilitate the 18-inch wellbore, and commission the system to Department of War (DoW) and Air Force standards and in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. 

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
