Description

This is a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP) to Eaton Corporation. The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), on behalf of the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), has a need for Battery Replacement and Maintenance Services for an Eaton Model 9355 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), in accordance with this RFP. This RFP will result in a single award. The Period of Performance shall be for one (1) Base Period of 12 months and four (4) 12-month Option Periods.
