The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is seeking qualified vendors to provide calibration, repair, maintenance, and software upgrade services for its network telecom test equipment. - Government Buyer: - Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) - Operational Technology Division (OTD) - Finance and Facilities Division - Procurement Section, Information Technology Acquisitions Unit (ITAU) - OEMs and Vendors: - Bird Technologies - Motorola - Aeroflex (including Aeroflex/IFR) - IFR - EMR - TX RX Systems - Keysight - Telewave - Products/Services Requested: - Calibration, repair, maintenance, and software upgrade services for government-owned network telecom and radio test equipment - Equipment types include RF wattmeters, spectrum analyzers, multicouplers, and digital radio test sets - Equipment spans multiple generations and models from the listed OEMs - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Services must be performed by certified technicians at certified facilities with appropriate licensing and tools - 15-business-day turnaround required for repairs - Services performed primarily at contractor facilities; equipment returned to FBI locations - Contract includes a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods (up to five years total) - No set-aside restrictions noted

This requirement provides for calibration, repair, maintenance, and software upgrade services for existing Bird, Motorola, Aeroflex, IFR, EMR, TX RX Systems, Keysight, and Telewave equipment spanning several generations for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Operational Technology Division (OTD).
