The Department of Human Services (DHS) is seeking services to patch, re-seal, and re-stripe the existing parking lot and perimeter roads at the Treatment and Detention Facility (TDF) in Rushville, IL. The project includes all labor, equipment, tools, and materials required for cleaning, crack filling, sealing, and repainting lines over approximately 214,000 square feet. The contract completion date is June 30, 2027. This procurement is set aside exclusively for Small Business Set Aside Program vendors.
