Description
This project is an indefinite deliveries quantity (IDQ) contract for stormwater drainage pipe and structures to perform small to medium scale projects. Projects include emergency repairs, minor standing water, and smaller capital improvement projects. Work is to be substantially completed within 365 calendar days with liquidated damages set at $1,000,000 per day. Performance and Payment bonds are each required in the amount of $1,000,000, and a bid bond of 5% of the total bid is required.
