Description

The contractor shall manage and support approximately 38 WIC Overseas offices at all Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) sites that provide resources and support to members of the Armed Forces, civilian employees, and DoD contractors living overseas and their family members with WIC Overseas (nutritional and health) benefits. Maintain and enhance the WIC Information Technology (IT) system architecture to enhance program operations and facilitate information distribution.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform program support services the WIC Overseas Program as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.  The contractor shall perform to the standards in this PWS
