The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking contractor support for comprehensive Workers' Compensation Investigative Services to ensure the integrity of employee claims. - Government Buyer: - Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisitions Section - Acquisitions Branch/National Acquisitions Section, Washington, DC - Services Requested: - Social Media Monitoring/Open-Source Intelligence Analysis (up to 3,900 hours across base and option years) - In-person Surveillance (up to 6,240 hours across base and option years) - Travel Expenses (up to 260 units across base and option years) - Report Preparation & Evidence Compilation (up to 650 units across base and option years) - Expert Testimony/Administrative Hearing Support (up to 650 units across base and option years) - Administrative Investigation Services focused on evidence review for workers' compensation restrictions - No specific OEMs or named vendors; services are generic and open to qualified providers - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must provide qualified personnel, including a Project Manager - Compliance with privacy, security, and labor standards is mandatory - Services must include lawful surveillance, social media monitoring, and detailed reporting - Progress and final reports required; evidence must be compiled to identify inconsistencies in claimants' medical restrictions - Period of Performance: - Base period plus up to four 12-month option years and a six-month extension, with annual ordering periods extending through 2031

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, National Acquisitions Section, Washington, DC, intends to make a single award for Workers' Compensation Investigative Services.

Proposals must be received no later than September 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Proposals received after this date and time may not be accepted.
